Parameters

destStream: Type: System.IOStream
Destination stream.
startPageIndex: Type: SystemInt32
Start page index.
endPageIndex: Type: SystemInt32
End page index. Use -1 to specify "to the last page".
width: Type: SystemInt32
Width of the output image in pixels. Use -1 to calculate the width from height keeping the aspect ratio.
height: Type: SystemInt32
Height of the output image in pixels. Use -1 to calculate the height from width keeping the aspect ratio.
