Can not write file or Can not access file errors when writing video file or setting up output file path can be caused by the following:

• Current user is not permitted to write into the output folder. Please make sure that the current user is permitted to write files into the output folder;
• Video player or another app currently have this file opened (if you are overwriting file with a new video capture). Solution is to set output file path with unique filename;
• There are not enough disk space on the target drive. Also, please check if there is enough space on the main system c:\ drive because the SDK may use temporary files folder for temporary video chunks;
