Screen Capturing SDK crashes when recording on Windows Server 2007 or higher

The Windows Server 2008 (and higher versions) does not have WMV video and audio codecs installed as Windows Media Player is not installed by default.

So the solution is:

1. for WMV output install Windows Media Player (from Desktop Experience)
2. use AVI or WEBM video output instead
